Happy Thanksgiving! Today is a day to surround yourself with the ones you love the most! Be thankful everyday for all the precious moments, big and small, that you get to spend with those who are in your circle. I chose to feature this photo of a large family. It's not always easy to get so many people to look in the same direction and smile! This shoot was challenging but fun. The children were full of joy and everyone was happy to be together making memories, just like so many of us are doing today. The lighting was beautiful and the beach provided so many great backdrops for this family. Please visit my website, Instagram, or Facebook page for more evidence of this family's love for each other.

https://www.anitauzelacphotography.com/blog/2015/11/keep-it-simple
It's easy to get caught up in what's trendy now; like a lot of staged sets and hazy filters. When making an investment in a private photo session, I think it's best to keep it simple and classic. When you look at this senior session it's very timeless. Twenty years from now, the only thing that will have aged in this photo is the girl. This particular photo was taken on the beach. The northwest Indiana light was perfect and Lauren's eyes just sparkled. Something that Anita is really great at is keeping it simple while capturing the pure beauty and character of her subjects. This senior session had many beautiful shots! More from this session can be seen on the Anita Uzelac PhotographyInstagram page and Facebook Page.

https://www.anitauzelacphotography.com/blog/2015/11/fall-senior-sessions
Anita couldn't have asked for better weather for this twin senior session! The colors were fabulous at Sunset Hill Farms and it offered so many different backgrounds that allowed her to make their session personal to each of them! Kennedy and Konnor were fun to work with. Their personalities really came through as they got further into our session. It was so hard to choose just one photo to feature in this post. Check out Anita Uzelac Photography'sInstagram and Facebook pages to get a closer look at more photos from this stunning senior session.

https://www.anitauzelacphotography.com/blog/2015/10/happy-halloween
Hooray, it's the first blog post for Anita Uzelac Photography! What could be a better way to christen the blog than to show these two Halloween siblings? Anita has been photographing these two since each of their births. In fact, she even did their parent's engagement portraits and wedding photos. It's become a tradition to do Halloween mini sessions to capture them in their costumes. Anita utilized the natural afternoon light to capture these moments, which is favorable for portrait photography. It's always fun to document these special times. This ballerina kitty and little pirate were a lot of fun!
